We operate as a weekly Pop-up at 3738 Morrison Road Denver, CO 80219. We are open from 9AM-2PM every Sunday. We source our sheep from a local small farm in Greeley, CO from another fellow Oaxacan. Our sheep is slaughtered Friday, it is prepared and buried on Saturday and then dug up and served fresh to you every Sunday.

Those interested in an sample fresh from the oven are welcome to show up at 8AM or earlier to get the first taste from our oven in the morning. Dress warmly the morning air is crisp.
